Dr. Sarafa is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School. While attending medical school he was chosen among the very few to become a recipient of the prestigious Rotary Ambassador of Goodwill Scholarship. Dr. Sarafa has always gone above and beyond with his calling in medicine: He is board certified in family medicine, an associate professor of Medicine at Wayne State University and sits on the advisory board for Medicare.
Dr. Sarafa’s acumen on home and value based medicine is unparalleled in the industry. He brings decades of experience to RPM Chart, integral to our service model and design.
In his free time Dr. Sarafa enjoys reading and spending quality time with his wife and four young children.
Dr. Ellison has served and currently is the Medical Director for Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facilities all throughout the Metro Area he serves. He is highly regarded as the guru in the management of medical care. Dr. Ellison brings a high level of experience to the RPM Chart Team. His contribution on both a clinical and operational level has contributed heavily to the acumen and growth of RPM Chart. In his free time Dr. Ellison enjoys spending time with his family and following his favorite NBA teams. He is the brother to former US Congressman and current Renowned Minnesota Attorney General, Keith Ellison.
Imran brings 20 years of value based home and healthcare management experience to RPM Chart. After completing his education at Harvard University with concentration in the Management of Healthcare Delivery, Imran went on to consult for major hospital, home based care and hospice companies. As he saw the huge gap in home based primary care and its growing need especially when it comes to remote patient monitoring, he came together with many of his close physician partners and formed RPM Chart. In his free time Imran enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his wife and family.
Dr. Ronald Barnett is a specialist in geriatric and internal medicine. He brings over 35 years of experienced to our team. Dr. Barnett has extensive knowledge in caring for the elderly and senior population, both in home, and in clinical settings. Dr. Barnett brings valuable cognizance in patient care and follow-up to the RPM Chart design and development team. It is with his insight that we were able to break the mold and create a platform unlike any other in the field of remote patient monitoring. In his down time Dr. Barnett loves spending time with his wife and kids and traveling.
Dr. Peter Gumma is a board certified physician specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He graduated with honors from Wayne State School of Medicine in 2005. With over 16 years of experience in healthcare Dr. Gumma brings extensive knowledge specific to rehabilitation and treatment of patients in the home to the RPM Chart team.
Dr. Gumma enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and traveling cross country.
Michelle brings 20 years of experience in marketing and sales in the healthcare industry to RPM Chart. After completing her double major in Business/Advertising in 2003 from Michigan State University, she immediately went into marketing and sales specialized in the care of patients in their home. Since then she has mastered this space and has brought her extensive knowledge and track record to RPM Chart taking the organization to new levels. In her free time Michelle enjoys spending time with and traveling with her husband along with following many of her favorite sport teams.
